Position Details

• Part-time position
• Hours may vary week to week
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including AM or PM hours
• Store operates 7 days a week, including evenings and most holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with washers, dryers, vending machines, and drop-off laundry
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry for drop-off service customers
• Maintain store cleanliness (wipe machines, stock supplies, keep floors dry)
• Process drop-off orders using our POS system
• Troubleshoot minor issues.
• Provide refunds when necessary and ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English
• Basic computer skills are required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using a mobile phone and POS systems
• Ability to work with customers and different personalities
• Retail or laundry experience is a plus
