Southern California Manufacturing Council October Meeting
Tuesday, October 13, 2026 (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) (PDT)
Description
The Southwest California Manufacturing Council (SCMC) convenes quarterly to bring together leaders from the manufacturing industry for focused dialogue, collaboration, and strategic insight. Designed exclusively for manufacturers, these meetings provide a valuable forum to address issues impacting the sector while strengthening connections among industry peers.
Each session includes participant introductions, a featured case study presentation highlighting innovation and best practices, and facilitated roundtable discussions centered on timely topics affecting manufacturing. Attendees also receive an update from the City of Temecula and a report on workforce development initiatives from the Temecula Valley Unified School District Career Technical Education (CTE) program, ensuring alignment between industry needs and local education pathways.
For more than 15 years, the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce has proudly hosted these meetings in recognition of the more than 150 manufacturers operating in the Temecula Valley, businesses that collectively employ a significant portion of the regional workforce. Meetings are held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at rotating host locations, offering participants the opportunity to engage directly within fellow manufacturing facilities across the community.
