Once a year, Temecula Valley wine country opens its cellar doors, and this is that weekend! Across dozens of wineries, you'll taste never-before-released wines: some poured straight from the barrel, others making their debut just before release. Reds, whites, and everything in between, each paired with a thoughtfully chosen bite and a behind-the-scenes look at how each wine makes its way from barrel to bottle.
