One Way Paver Overlay was founded in California in the Spring of 2023, but has its roots stretching back 35 years in Florida.  As a family-owned and operated business, OWPO understands the value and importance of making an investment for your home and future.

Our unique method of paver overlays offers an ingenious solution that promotes a cost effective, fast, and simple alternative to traditional pavers, resulting in enhanced curb appeal and increased property value.  Geographically we have jobs completed across three Southern California counties thus far:  Riverside, Orange, and San Diego.  One of our jobs in Dana Point was even highlighted in HBO MAX’s “The Established Home”.
