The Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce is proud to serve the business community through various educational events and seminars each quarter. Each educational workshop is presented by highly respected individuals in the field and is offered during convenient times of the work day. As a membership bonus, most of the following educational events are complimentary to Chamber members and are open to non-members for a fee, as well.  May workshop is presented by: Action Coach

Topic: Six Steps to a Better Business

Six steps workshop is designed to help business owners learn how to establish a business that works so they don't have to, they run it rather than it runs them. Only by working on their business not in their business where you get the business to be a commercial profitable enterprise that works without the business owner so that the owner can have the goal of cash & time freedom. We define mastery which is making sure that business basics is covered then we identify niche as a specialized segment of the market for a kind of product or service this can be accomplished by building right marketing systems. Then we explain the system side through leverage by using low input to maximize the output. Ultimately, we get to the team building, management and leadership structure to make sure how the business works without any involvement from business owner. At this point the business generates passive income without being involved in the day-to-day activity.
