The Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce its upcoming Legislative Summit, set to take place on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the beautiful Wilson Creek Winery. This highly anticipated event will bring together local legislators, dignitaries, community leaders, and business owners to discuss critical issues impacting the region. Business owners and leaders in the Temecula Valley are encouraged to attend to stay informed and proactive. 

“POLICY IN ACTION: FROM STATE TO FEDERAL”

The Legislative Summit will feature a dynamic lineup of expert speakers who bring extensive experience from state and federal levels of government, healthcare, and small business advocacy.

• Rana Ghadban, Vice President of Small Business Advocacy, California Chamber of Commerce. With over 15 years of experience leading chambers across California, including Hollywood and Roseville, Ghadban brings unmatched expertise in small business advocacy and community development.

• Adam Dorsey, Group Vice President for Financial Policy, California Hospital Association. A seasoned policy expert, Dorsey previously served in California’s Department of Finance and Health and Human Services Agency, where he played a pivotal role in healthcare reform and pandemic response initiatives.

• Jennings Imel, Vice President, Western Region – Government Affairs Division, U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Imel oversees legislative and grassroots activities in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah. With experience in both Washington, D.C., and California state politics, he offers a comprehensive view of federal and state legislative strategy. 

The Legislative Summit is a prime opportunity for attendees to stay ahead of the curve by learning about important laws that will affect their businesses by bringing together influential voices from various sectors, the event aims to foster constructive dialogue and collaboration on solutions to the region's most pressing challenges. 

Reservations for the Legislative Summit: 

  • TVCC Members: $70 per person | Non-members: $90 per person 
  • Corporate Table of 10: $650 (TVCC Members) | $850 (Non-members)

Price includes Breakfast. Seating is limited. Reservations are required to attend.
