Description

Women’s Professionals Collective meeting is an opportunity for business women to get together and empower one another in sharing best practices.

March Women’s Professionals Collective meeting topic will focus on "Leadership" with presenter Kathy Sizemore/A-Bell Alarms Company. Learn the eight styles of leadership and understand the impact each type of leader has on an organization. Discover how leadership styles can be tools in your leadership toolbox to help you navigate leading others through any situation. Kathy Sizemore is a wife, mom, small business owner, and leader in our community. During the past ten years, she has volunteered much of her time with Boy Scouts of America, leading both youth and adults, and currently serves as the Tahquitz Scouting District Committee's Vice-Chair. She is the current club President of Temecula's Professional Women Toastmasters while also serving as a Division Director with Toastmasters International. Kathy has recently begun serving a three-year term for the City of Temecula as a Commissioner on the Community Services Commission.
