Presented by Patrick Flaherty, Business Consultant, Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (IESBDC)

Join the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (IESBDC) for an engaging and practical workshop designed specifically for small business owners, managers, and team leaders who want to build stronger, more resilient workplaces.

This timely session will be led by Patrick Flaherty, Business Consultant with the IESBDC, whose expertise includes human resources, employee development, and sales management. Patrick brings more than 40 years of experience in operations and sales management, along with 20 years of specialized experience in outsourced human resources. He is currently an HR instructor at several universities, founded his own HR consultancy firm in 2014, and holds senior HR certifications from leading industry associations.

Whether you are hiring your first employee or leading an established team, Patrick will provide practical guidance to help you strengthen your workforce strategy and navigate today’s HR challenges with confidence.
