While many people may associate martial arts with combative sports or kids' karate classes, OOM YUNG DOE offers something different—something for everyone, of all ages and abilities. 

This is a practice centered on building confidence, strength, inner calm, and overall well-being. With centuries-old techniques taught in a modern way, OOM YUNG DOE helps individuals better understand their bodies, find clarity and focus, and continue doing the things they love with more energy, resilience, and peace of mind.
